Medically Supervised Iron Deficiency Treatment
Medically supervised iron infusions are offered to Chelle patients and non-patients.
While we do accept HSA cards, we do NOT accept insurance.
We diagnose, monitor, and treat iron deficiency using medical hematology protocols, for iron therapy safety.
We utilize 200 mg of Iron Sucrose (Venofer), a well-established and widely used formulation in clinical medicine, to replenish iron stores in patients who:
- Do not tolerate oral iron
- Do not respond adequately to oral supplementation
- Require faster correction of iron deficiency
- Have underlying conditions affecting iron absorption
Conditions We Treat
Iron deficiency can present in ways many people don’t immediately recognize. We evaluate and treat patients with:
- Iron deficiency anemia
- Chronic fatigue or low energy
- Brain fog and reduced cognitive performance
- Shortness of breath with exertion
- Hair thinning or hair loss
- Restless legs syndrome
- Postpartum iron depletion
- Heavy menstrual bleeding-related iron loss
Reaction-Ready Safety Protocols
While IV iron is generally safe, we treat it like a medical therapy—not a casual drip.
We are:
- Equipped for hypersensitivity reactions
- Prepared for rare anaphylaxis events
- Staffed and trained in rapid response protocols
- During your infusion, you’ll be provided an attractive, private room for your treatment where your provider will monitor you for any immediate reactions.
Cost:
- $250 per 200 mg infusion
- Cash-pay model (no insurance billing)
- Additional medications (if needed for rare reactions) are billed separately
You may be a candidate for IV Iron if:
- You’ve been told you have low iron or anemia
- You feel persistently fatigued despite normal labs elsewhere
- Oral iron causes GI side effects or hasn’t worked
- You want a medically guided, efficient approach to iron repletion
If you’re ready to address fatigue, low iron, or anemia with a medically supervised environment contact us to schedule your appointment.
